Overall rooms were spacious and fairly quiet and had a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave oven.

I had a fully-equipped and brand-new room in this clean hotel. The room was nice but felt like the floors especially the carpet are not well cleaned and available with a tub. The location was quiet and convenient in the great area.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to everything. We enjoyed walking our dog in the nearby park and it was convenient to have IKEA and Costco right next door. The rooms were spacious and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. The staff provided excellent customer service, especially Asura and the lovely lady who helped her, as well as Nicole from the front desk. The breakfast option was a great convenience and our cleaner, Sue, was fantastic.

There was an issue with noise from a neighboring room, where a couple was partying and drugs were coming through the adjoining door. Although the hotel management handled the situation well and kicked them out, the marijuana smell lingered in our room, causing discomfort and making it difficult to sleep.

We truly got great value for our money at this Residence Inn in Dartmouth. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the hotel went above and beyond to make our New Year's stay feel like a vacation. The staff, particularly Asura and another lovely lady who assisted her, provided exceptional customer service, even surprising me with a birthday wine. The breakfast area staff were also incredibly kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and are grateful for such a wonderful staycation experience.

The only improvement that could be made to the breakfast items would be to add more variety to the eggs.

Also, the nearby park was great for walks and the location was convenient for shopping and dining. The room had a lot of natural light and a good TV with fast internet.

Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and there was a lack of fruits and vegetables. The pool area could have been cleaner as well.
